In this role, you will help small businesses seamlessly transition to Google Workspace following our well defined migration process, it is great to have some Google Workspace experience but certainly not a must, we will teach you everything needed.

An ideal candidate for this role should be technology savy with positive attitude to learn new skills, and must be obsessed with sytems, processes, and customer success.

We perform some of our migrations on Weekends (to make it safe for our customers), Please only apply if you can work on (sometimes) on weekends.

Googlally provides recurring Google Workspace support services to our customers (small businesses), in this role, you would be working to solve our customers' issues around Google Workspace including replying to support emails or tickets in our helpdesk portal, talking/meeting customers on Google Meet for advance issues that need screensharing to solve.

Any previous experience with Google Workspace (either on administration or user side) would be a huge +1 but not required. We will teach you everything you need, what we really need is some tech know how, positive attitude to learn new skills, and a real passion to help customers.
