Scope of Work
Doublespace (http://www.doublespace.com) partners with brand marketers, taking them to places they have never been before and reaching their audiences in ways they never knew were possible.
Our advantage has always been our ‘design thinking’ approach: defining our partners’ vision with clearly articulated, truly original, and always thought-provoking work.
We have help nonprofits, NGOs, start-ups, and market-leading companies develop breakthrough creative solutions including high-impact brand identities, emotive multi-media campaigns, powerful digital applications, engaging packaging programs, and innovative new products/new business concepts.
We are a NYC Certified Woman-owned Business.
As a creative agency, we collaborate internally and externally with as many as twenty people on a project to plan, strategize, and create.
We have used Rackspace for more than a decade, but in the past 12-months we recognized limitations that were impacting our business.
We decided we needed to move to a new platform that would better serve our business.
As part of any new solution, we needed to be able to merge two different domains (doublespace.com and doublespace.us) so our team members could work seamlessly across our platform.
We looked at several options available in the market including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
In the end, we chose Google Workspace for its intuitive and user-friendly experience.
It also worked well for our teams, many of who were already using Gmail and google drive.
Result with Googally
We are strong advocates of business and technology processes improvement for our clients as well as our own business.
We noticed early on in our interactions with Googally that they value the same approach.
They have built end-to-end processes for their work to ensure predictable outcomes.
Upfront, they provided clear instructions on what information we needed to provide them, how long the migration would take, and how we would onboard users to Google Workspace.
While Googally’s website and online documentation were easy to read, we still had a few questions.
Our team had a video call with their migration team where they explained the processes in detail and answered all our questions related to transitioning to Google Workspace.
Our assigned migration specialist (Parveen) was very responsive, even on weekends, and everything went as per the plan.
We had a smooth transition to Google Workspace, and Googally helped us to manage both our domains within one Google Workspace account.
If you are thinking of migrating from Rackspace to Google Workspace, we recommend Googally as a resource. They are very capable and responsive.
